Dear Parents,
Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! I am thrilled to lead and serve within such a wonderful community and “family” of students, parents, and educators. One of my favorite quotes is: “It isn’t about grades. Not about fancy little diplomas in embossed cases. Education is something quite different. It’s learning, building, and growing. The world changes you and you change the world.”
I believe educators must facilitate learning, help students establish and build relationships with both peers and teachers, and encourage children to assess and measure their own intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth progress.
Dennis Elementary is a wonderful school and I look forward to supporting the learning, building and growing that will occur this year! Collaboration and partnerships are extremely important to me and I welcome any ideas, feedback, or perspective you may have to share.
