Registration and Residency Information

Parents will need to bring with them the completed registration packet, along with the student's original birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency, guardianship/custody papers (if applicable), IEP/MFE/504 Plan (if applicable), and school transcripts (grades 6th-12th only). Please note that registrations will not be accepted without all required documents.
