SCCSD Receives Auditor of State Award

A recent financial audit of the Springboro Community City School District by the Auditor of State’s office has, again, returned a clean audit report. Springboro Community City School District’s excellent record keeping has earned it the “Auditor of State Award.” The award notes Springboro Schools is recognized for exemplary financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for the year 2017. 

“Through fiscal accountability and strong internal controls, it is our priority to ensure the investment that our taxpayers provide to our schools is protected each and every year,” said Chief Financial Officer for Springboro Schools, Terrah Floyd. “This award is a reflection of practicing business in an ethical manner, and this outstanding team has once again achieved success in this goal.”
