Each year, Springboro High School (SHS) sends two (2) deserving sophomores to the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Conference (HOBY) during the summer leading into their junior year. Representing SHS this year will be Belle DeRosa and Eliza Gilbert. Belle and Eliza competed in an essay competition focused on what leadership means to them.
The HOBY is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire a global community of youth to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation.
This year's 2020 Southwest Ohio Conference is being held on Antioch College's campus. Congratulations to Belle and Eliza!
