This week, Faculty and Staff from Springboro Intermediate, Springboro Junior High School (SJHS) and Springboro High School (SHS) participated in a character education workshop with Jim Place, prominent character education figure in Southwest Ohio.
Over the years, Mr. Place has developed workshops for educators, best practices for schools, and events for teenagers to begin to think about their character. Each of the schools who participated will work together as a building to develop positive staff relationships, and help students through grade level-specific character-education lessons for this current school year.
Springboro Schools is looking forward to seeing the impact of Mr. Place's training in classrooms throughout the district!
