Medical Detectives Classroom
Medical Detectives The Medical Detectives classroom, part of the Project Lead the Way curriculum, has been studying the amazing nervous system.  The human nervous system is comprised of billions of neurons.  These interconnected neurons fire electrical pulses that tell our organs how to function or tell us if soup is too hot. Recently, Mrs. Goodwin's medical detectives students built a neuron and used stop motion animation to show the electrical impulses traveling through the neuron.
