Kathleen cares deeply for her students. She goes out of her way to meet their educational needs, all the while making them feel valued and cared for. Kathleen takes the time to truly know her students. She sees their potential and lovingly challenges them to grow. If she is not actively working with her students, she is tailoring activities and materials to meet their individual needs.

For me personally, Kathleen is a joy to work. She is always willing to listen, and she brings fun and humor to SI which makes it a great place to work.
