PEACOC Presents: Hispanic Heritage Month Contest
Calling all Springboro area students! You are invited to compete in the 2023 Hispanic Heritage Contest. The contest is a part of the National Hispanic Heritage Month celebration sponsored by Parents Empowering All Children of Color (PEACOC). Hispanic Heritage has been celebrated and commemorated since 1968 and became officially a nationally recognized month in 1988. PEACOC is excited to provide an opportunity for Springboro area students to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by learning about and honoring Hispanic and Latin Americans.
The Hispanic Heritage Month Contest is open to all students in Kindergarten through 12th grade who live or attend school in Springboro or Clearcreek Township. All submissions must be received on Friday, October 6, 2023. Submissions can be turned in to your school’s office and/or art teachers. PEACOC will pick up all entries from your school. Please email PEACOC to make alternative arrangements for submission.
