The Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA) 2018 Capital Conference is taking place this week at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
Springboro Schools was honored to host a learning session entitled, "Leadership On the Rise." Superintendent Dan Schroer, Director of Instruction Andrea Cook, Principal at Five Points Elementary Traci Griffen, and SJHS Counselor Randi Bargo-Smith all presented on the district's Leadership Academy.
Last school year, Springboro Schools created a Leadership Academy to develop future educational leaders within the district. The academy covered topics such as servant leadership, character education, school finance, school law, communications and public relations. Each speaker encouraged the audience on innovation in instruction and leadership development.
