Congratulations to Marsha Kelley, Owner of Image Mark-It, who received the "Friend of Education" Award at last night's Annual Dinner Gala for the Springboro Chamber of Commerce. Superintendent Larry Hook presented the award on behalf of Springboro Schools and the Warren County Career Center.
