Thank you to those families who elected to choose our At-Home/Virtual Learning Option (Model B) to start the 2020-2021 school year for the 1st Quarter. Our teachers have been back in the buildings training on a variety of professional development geared toward the instruction of our at-home/virtual learning students.
 
We wanted to make you aware that we are in the process of finalizing class schedules and teachers assigned to each class/group of students. Details about this went out earlier this week in each schools’ Principal Updates. Further details will be communicated to parents from their school buildings next week, via the Principal Updates. Below is what was communicated this past weekend from the Principal Updates - 
 
Tuesday, September 1:
Classroom Notification in Progress Book (Grades 2-5)
Schedules Available in Progress Book (Grades 6-12)
 
Wednesday, September 2:
Materials Pick-Up (Grades 2-5) - Five Points Elementary, 8:30am - 11:30am, 12:30pm - 3:30pm
Materials Pick-Up (Grades 2-5) - Dennis Elementary, 1:00pm - 3:00pm
 
Letters to preschool families, regarding classroom notification, were mailed out this week. Letters to Kindergarten and Grade 1 families, regarding classroom notification, were mailed out last week. There are no materials pick-up for Clearcreek Elementary families. If you have questions regarding this, please contact Clearcreek Elementary at 937-748-3958. 
 
As a reminder, below are the details for both Model A and Model B students on the first day back to school - 
September 8 & 9: First Days of School Only for Students with Last Names A - K
September 10 & 11: First Days of School Only for Students with Last Names L - Z
September 14: All Students at School (In-Person or At-Home/Virtual)

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our administrators, teachers, and staff have been working to finalize class schedules and teacher placement for our Model B students to start off the 2020-2021 school year.
