Springboro Schools Invites You to Attend a Community Engagement Meeting to Discuss the District's Strategic Planning Process.
Springboro Schools has begun a Strategic Planning Process. Throughout this process, it is important for the district to gather input from all community stakeholders: parents, students, staff, community members, business leaders, etc.
A strategic plan is the vehicle that allows an organization to look at its future. Through visioning, developing a mission, examining core values, and setting achievable goals, the district moves toward attainment of school improvement.
As part of the district's Strategic Planning Process, Springboro Schools invites you to attend a Community Engagement Meeting. The agenda for all Community Engagement Meetings will cover the following topics: Future Ready Graduate, Aspiration Statements, Key Performance Measures, What are the District's CoreValues, as well as Mission/Vision.
Due to limited space, and the agenda for these meetings being the same, we ask that you only attend ONE Community Engagement Meeting.
