Project Excellence Award Winners
Project Excellence
Congratulations to teachers Lindsay Slamer (Five Points Elementary) and Michael Beckmeyer (Springboro High School) on being recognized as Project Excellence Award winners. The Project Excellence Committee of the Area Progress Council (APC) of Warren County, Inc. seeks to recognize and honor excellent teachers within the public schools in Warren County.

This was the 33rd year Area Progress Council’s Project Excellence Program identified, recognized and rewarded public educators in Warren County, Ohio schools. Community members in Springboro were given the opportunity this past February to nominate educators in the district for the Project Excellence Award. The awards were slated to be presented at the APC’s annual event in Spring 2020, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the formal presentations were postponed until December 2020.

Thank you to the Springboro community for nominating these great educators and identifying exceptional educators in Springboro Schools who demonstrate excellence in instruction

Lindsay Slamer and Michael Beckmeyer are both great examples of innovative teachers who have worked hard to pioneer a teaching method in their classrooms.
