3D Art classes, taught by Mrs. Crouse at Springboro Junior High School (SJHS), just completed a project using discarded magazines. The students rolled the individual pages with pencils, collecting several bins to use. Then, the students shaped the magazines into a wide array of designs, including an eye, states, birds, a rose, houses, and scenes from "Star Wars."
While the assembly demands students to work together, this year students put the art pieces together individually. The students were able to exercise their creative thinking and imagination, while also instilling a good lesson on using discarded paper and magazines. A fun way to recycle and get creative!
