College Visits:
**This information can be found on page 34 of the student agenda.
In order to have a college visit be counted as a college visit excused absence, the College Visitation Request Form, available in the guidance office, must be completed by the student, signed by the student's teachers, signed by the parent/guardian and submitted to the guidance office, prior to the scheduled visit day.
Once the College Visitation Request Form is turned into the guidance office, the student will be given a form to take to the college on their visit. The college must complete and sign this form. Once the student returns to school, that form is turned into Mrs. Rike in the Attendance Office. If the form is not completed by the college and is not returned to Mrs. Rike in the Attendance Office, a parent note will need to be provided to excuse the absence.
Juniors and Seniors are allowed up to three(3) College Visit Days each year.
