Volunteer Information

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Springboro Schools. 

The safety of our students is our first priority, and all volunteers are required to have current BCI and FBI fingerprint background checks on file with the district before they can volunteer. Please use codes 3319 291 or 3319 39B1. These checks are good for five years.

Contact your school’s building secretary to confirm if you have both volunteer background checks on file and what the expiration dates are. (Note: Background check results could take 4-6 weeks to receive by mail if there has ever been something on your record.)

Background checks can be updated or completed any time at WebCheck locations.

We recommend calling ahead to verify the location’s hours and cost of the BCI and FBI fingerprint checks.

Reports should be mailed directly to Springboro Community City Schools, Attn: Human Resources, 1685 Main Street, Springboro, OH 45066.

It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for the district to receive the results. Please plan accordingly.
