Volunteer Information

Our schools benefit from tens of thousands of volunteer hours every year, and we appreciate the time and energy of our active volunteers!

The safety of our students is our first priority. All volunteers are required to have current BCI and FBI fingerprint background checks on file with the district before they can volunteer. These checks are good for five years.

Parents and community members who would like to volunteer in our schools can have a background check done at any time.

Contact your school’s building secretary to confirm if you have both volunteer background checks on file.

Clearcreek Township will have their "Volunteer Background Check Saturdays" this month on Saturday, August 17th and Saturday, August 24th. Both days will be from 9:00am - 12:00pm at the Clearcreek Township Administration Building (7593 Bunnell Rd.).
