Springboro Schools
People First / Always Growing / Better Together

Welcome from Superintendent Carrie Hester

Welcome to Springboro Schools!

In our district, education is an endeavor we take seriously. Our schools are a point of pride for our residents, and it’s easy to see why! We are earning top accolades from state and national educational organizations alike. Our values of "People First, Always Growing, and Better Together" showcase the success of the great collaboration we have in our district with our Springboro community.

Every day, great things are happening here. Our students are all-stars in the classroom, on the stage and on the field. And our teachers and support staff are at a level above when it comes to preparing our graduates for the 21st century economy.

This coming year, we will continue to raise the bar on academic achievement. We will also offer a variety of ways to see our students in action, from pulse-racing athletics; to theater, choir, band and string performances; to drill competitions by our award-winning Junior ROTC cadets.
It is my honor to serve as Superintendent of Springboro Schools, and I am thankful for the opportunity to serve our students, teachers, staff, and community members. Guiding us over the next several years will be our district-wide strategic plan. This strategic plan is the result of many staff members coming together to provide a vision for our district. It is a roadmap to keep our focus clear as we remain committed to each student and their needs as an individual. I encourage you read through our strategic plan and learn more about the exciting opportunities waiting to take place at Springboro Schools.
Thank you again to every one of you for your continued faith and commitment in Springboro Schools. Without you, we would not be able to achieve the success we have endured for so long. You trust us each and every day to educate your students, while providing a safe and secure environment for all. We take this very seriously and remain committed to this as our top priority.
If you haven’t visited us lately, I encourage you to attend an event this year and support our incredible Panthers. You may also consider volunteering in the classroom, or on one of our many district committees.

I can’t wait to see what the new school year brings. To keep up to date with news and events from our schools, please consider signing up for our award winning
district e-newsletter follow us on Twitter, like us on Facebook and visit our website frequently.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions, thoughts, concerns, or to share any good news happening in your child’s school or our great community! I'm proud to be a Springboro Panther!
