Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Do I Have to Sign-Up Again For My Same Principal Updates/District E-Newsletter?
A: No. If you were previously signed-up to receive Principal Updates/District Newsletters, your e-mail was automatically transferred over. Therefore, you will NOT have to re-sign-up.

Q: What if I Want to Unsubscribe?
A: To unsubscribe, simply select the "Unsubscribe" link on your latest Principal Update/District Newsletter e-mail and follow the prompts.
Q: I Was Signed-Up For One School's Principal Update, But My Student No Longer Attends This School and Has Now Switched Buildings to a Different Grade Level in the District. What Do I Do?
A: You'll want to unsubscribe from your student's previous school's Principal Update, then use the form above to sign-up for your student's new school Principal Update.
Q: How Can I Stop My Principal Update/District E-Newsletter E-Mail From Going Into My "Promotions" Tab?
A: If you see a message in your "Promotions" tab that you want in your Inbox (or a different tab), all you have to do is drag and drop it into the other tab. Another way to do this is to right-click a message. After you move a message to a different tab, a message above your Inbox will ask if you want to undo that action or choose to always put messages from that sender in the tab you chose.
