All of our vendor partners have online and mobile capabilities. If you haven’t signed up or downloaded the apps, now would be a great time to get started! You will find the website and mobile app information for our health plan partners below under the "Resources" section. COVID-19 testing, and the associated visit for the testing, will be covered at no cost. COVID-19 antibody testing will be covered, but the test must be prescribed by a physican. Self referral tests (walk-ins without a prescription) will NOT be covered.
THERE WILL BE NO COST for telemedicine from now until September 30. This includes Anthem’s LiveHealth Online and other telemedicine options, such as a virtual visit with your treating physician. This will apply to HSA plans, as well as PPO plans.
With LiveHealth Online you have the option of having a virtual office visit with a licensed medical or behavioral health professional. It is vital that we stay at home in order to do our part to flatten the curve,but equally important to continue with your care. This option will keep you safe from exposure and also preserve much needed supplies during this national medical emergency.
Anthem EAP Website - Anthem is making their Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) website available for all Anthem members. This does not include telephonic or counseling sessions. The site can be accessed at AnthemEAP.com. Click on the log-in button and enter: EAP Can Help.
UNUM Life EAP – Our UNUM basic life plan includes an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) for help with all sorts of life’s issues, including resources for mental health, legal help and community resources. Attached is the basic EAP flyer.
Dental Telehealth – Delta Dental is adding coverage for tele-dentistry. The attached flyer outlines how it works.
VSP Vision – VSP is adding essential medical eye care to the plans for the month of April. Yu can see your VSP provider for medical eye issues and it will be covered under VSP. See the attached flyer for details.
Medical Reimbursement Plan – The CARES Act allows members to use their medical FSA & HRA accounts to pay for over-the-counter medications without requiring a
prescription. This change is effective for purchases made back to January
