OASBO Presents Todd Johnson w/ School Facility Support Staff Award

Congratulations to Anthony (Todd) Johnson, Operations Supervisor, who was presented with the School Facility Support Staff Award today at the 2024 OASBO Annual Conference & Expo in Columbus, OH.

The Ohio Association of School Business Officials (OASBO) Board of Directors and the OASBO Foundation for School Business Management selected Mr. Johnson as an award recipient earlier this year.

As a recipient of this award, Mr. Johnson receives a $500 scholarship to present to a graduating senior from Springboro High School (SHS), a commemorative award, and recognition on a plaque in the OASBO offices.

A 17-year employee of Springboro Schools, Mr. Johnson is also a 1980 Springboro High School graduate, and a community member of the City of Springboro for over fifty (50) years.

First hired by Springboro Schools in 2006, Mr. Johnson initially served as a district custodian. After moving into a Head Custodian role, Mr. Johnson was awarded the district's EPIC Award, which is a nomination by building personnel to an individual that is focused on providing quality and timely services, as well as being dedicated to his profession. By 2016, Mr. Johnson was promoted to the district's Maintenance Team, and by 2019 Mr. Johnson moved into Lead/Head Maintenance. In 2022, Mr. Johnson was promoted to Operations Supervisor, which is responsible for the leadership of all maintenance, grounds, and custodial personnel. 

Mr. Johnson continues to excel at ensuring the district's building operations serve our students, staff, and community with quality and efficiency.
