Active Minds Meets w Food Service Manager
Another great meeting today with "Active Minds," the district's Superintendent Student Advisory Committee.
Thank you to District Food Service Manager Kelsey Warren who met with the students today (Grades 8 -12) to discuss the role of our Food/Nutrition Services Dept. and to gain feedback about new, potential cafeteria items, which the students got to sample! Also joining Active Minds today was Deputy Superintendent Matt Tudor.
This was the final meeting of the 2023-2024 school year for Active Minds. Thank you once again to our students for their excellent feedback, thoughts, and questions!
Active Minds serves to provide students the opportunity to learn about the district, provide input on a variety of initiatives, and participate in a committee that helps advise the Superintendent on decisions. Students had to submit an application, essay, and provide references in order to apply for Active Minds.
