Springboro Schools provides instruction that is responsive to the specific needs of English Learners (ELs) in order to support ELs’ progress towards English-language fluency and academic success in our schools and beyond. We strive to support English Learners in a manner that is linguistically and culturally sensitive, in order to help these students make the transition to English-language proficiency in a timely and efficient manner.
In turn, we recognize the many strengths brought to our learning community by our ELs. Welcoming ELs and the cultural diversity they bring to our classrooms through an inclusive instructional model enriches the learning environment for all students in Springboro Schools.
