Night Owls - had 11 people help
TX Roadhouse Fundraiser - went really well
Santa Visit- Santa said he'd do it again next year; can book now. Possibly splitting it up between 2 days. 16/17 of December. Aim for 17 if only 1 day. Nichole and Tricia to help with gifts.
NEW BUSINESS
Water Coolers - for the preschool. PTO bought the stand.
This year instead of helping with 1 large item the PTO will help with many smaller items off of teacher wish list, vs 1 large item (ie. playground,google goggles)
Books, etc - book room books replinish them. waiting on catalog and quote
New Road Sign - looking into but a long process.
Rock wall for the gym - Gym teacher would like a rock wall installed in the gym. They are currently researching this and getting quotes.
Field Day, thinking about volunteers - need 2 morning and afternoon volunteers to help plan the day.Then volunteers for the day of the event. 4 main people to help plan. K May 17; 1st May 21. 1st Grade morning; Jennifer Welter - morning K; Shannon Conley - morning 1st.

Kiln $3,171.50 -- life expectancy – it lasts for a long time; no maintenance for PTO - one time cost; waiting to vote on this until after we get the quote for the books for the book room. Those in attendance wanted to wait to vote on this until after we see the book quote since the books would be utilized by the majority of the school.
Laminator $1,857.82 -- all in favor - yes -- approved to purchase a new laminator
