Canned Food Drive – Hungry Hungry Caterpillar is the theme. Line
halls with cans of food. Every100 cans caterpillar will grow. May 3 will need
some help taking all canned goods to food bank.

For Field Day – Still need 1 parent volunteer for afternoon
Kindergarten and 1 afternoon volunteer for 1st grade to help
coordinate Field Day.

We went over the income and expenses. Hard copy of the detail was
provided at the meeting for those that were in attendance.
PRINCIPAL REPORT

N/A as Carrie was unable to be there.
VOTING: Book Room Books, yearly $1,000 to help maintain book room
=
Full estimate just under 10,000 asking PTO for $5000
=
Approx.$ 14,183.00 total spent
for the year on wish list items
(this would include $5000 going towards the book room), but that currently
hasn’t been voted on since more information was requested.

Waiting to vote on the book room. Need to understand the amount of
the room would be replaced.
