ROAR

PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports) is a proactive approach that Springboro Intermediate uses to promote positive behaviors while creating and maintaining school safety. 

With PBIS, Springboro Intermediate teaches students positive behavior strategies through our ROAR initiative.  Students learn what being Responsible, taking Ownership, being Awesome, and being Responsible looks like in the school settings.  These behaviors are referred to in all classrooms and daily announcements.     Click ROAR Matrix.pdf to view our ROAR Matrix
