FAQS (E-News)

Q: Why does my Principal Update/District Newsletter look different?
A:  Springboro Schools redesigned the look for all Principal Updates/District Newsletters, as well as switched providers. Previously, the district used iContact. As of January 2018, the district has switched to Constant Contact.

Q: Does this mean I have to sign-up again for my Principal Updates/District Newsletter?
A: No. If you were previously signed-up to receive Principal Updates/District Newsletters, your e-mail was automatically transfered over. Therefore, you will NOT have to re-sign-up or adjust anything.

Q: What if I want to unsubscribe?
A: To unsubscribe, simply select the "Unsubscribe" link on your latest Principal Update/District Newsletter e-mail and follow the prompts.

Q: I was signed-up for one school's Principal Update, but my student no longer attends this school and has now switched buildings to a different grade level in the district. What do I do?
A: You'll want unsubscribe for your student's previous school, then use the form above to sign-up for your student's new school.

Q: How can I stop my Principal Update/District Newsletter e-mail from going into my "Promotions" tab?
A: If you see a message in your "Promotions" tab that you want in your Inbox (or a different tab), all you have to do is drag and drop it into the other tab. Another way to do this is to right-click a message. After you move a message to a different tab, a message above your Inbox will ask if you want to undo that action or choose to always put messages from that sender in the tab you chose.
