    1. Mum sale huge success

  3. Treasurer’s Report

    1. Raised approx. $20,000 with the mum fundraiser

    2. Start up funds -- teacher money

    3. Dads and donuts - writing checks for the reimbursements

    4. 1st grade movie night - popcorn and water purchased

      1. went well. Over70 dozen donuts; 26 gallons juice 15 gallons milk

  5. New Business

    1. Night Owls 10/9 7pm-9pm

      1. last one 10-15 people show up last time. Can always use more help.

    2. Spirit Wear Sale extended through Wednesday 10/9 night                                          (distribution approximately 10/30)

      1. We are at just over 4000 in sales; we get 20% of it back

    3. Noodles & Co. Fundraiser 10/15

      1. Fundraiser -- donates 25% back to; in conjunction with the amount they donated last year for Staff Appreciation

    4. Rolls Fundraiser to fund Staff Appreciation, 10/21                                     (distribution approximately 11/18)

    5. Voting day 11/5 PS/K movie and 1st grade – suggestions welcome

    6. Conference Dinner 11/7

      1. dinner for teachers the night of conferences

      2. setup by 4pm done by 7-7:30pm

      3. Jenny Jackson -- help setup

    7. Yearbook

      1. last minute changes of yearbook team. Need someone to take pictures, design, etc. 

    8. Christmas gift budget

      1. last year we had SUG, gifts for teachers; we have enough funds to use the money in budget to purchase the gifts and items for the teachers. 

      2. At beginning of the year budget was $900 

      3. $1300 -- approved

  6. Voting

    1. Boonshoft - science program to come out; 1 visit for the year; $3000 approval to provide all students.

  7. Mini Grants 

    1. Judges – Mrs. Jones, Mrs. Shetterly, Mrs. Bentley 

    2. Mrs. Abrams -- portable speaker ($83.95)

    3. Mrs. Berg - 12 in and 18 in cones - and foam cross bar ($269.00)

    4. Sensory Garden - balance beam ($199.00)

    5. 1st grade team - STEAM items ($252.00)

    6. Specials Teachers - scarves, evening performance (Christmas around the world activities) ($232.35)

    7. Total =$1036.30(mini grants)
