1. Welcomes and Introductions
2. Principal’s Update
a. Over 100 submissions for the Veterans Day wall. Will be kept up until Christmas
3. Treasurer’s Report
a. Sitting at approx $23,000
4. Old Business
a. Voting Day
i. 1 st Grade – voted on stuffed animal or hat day and stuffed animal won. 1 st
grade will have a bring a stuffed animal day to school on 11/15
ii. Kindergarten – voted on the movie for movie night in the spring
and Lilo and Stitch won.
b. Spirit Wear ($1,350)
i. Profit was $1350 for the fall sale.
c. Noodles & Co. ($65.89)
i. We made $65.89. It was during the week versus on the weekend. Just
made it difficult for people to get there.
d. Conference Dinner
i. last week -- teacher's were super appreciative for dinner being provided
for them on Thursday night.
5. New Business
a. Rolls Fundraiser to fund Staff Appreciation – distribution 11/18, 4:15-7:00pm
i. Help needed for distribution
ii. We made $5450.50
iii. We sold over 10,000 in gift cards we get 10% of gift cards sold
and ½ of rolls and butter
iv. 2:45 pickup at Texas Roadhouse in Mason
v. SUG will be going out for volunteers to help
b. Night Owls 7-9pm
i. Help needed
ii. only had 1 parent show up for the last one
iii. next one is 11/18
c. Christmas gifts
i. we have the paper and need to copy and put in teacher's mail boxes
ii. teacher's gifts are from Santa when Santa is in the school.
iii. PTO is buying all the gifts this year; just homeroom teachers are
included.
d. Staff Wishlist
i. PE equipment
1. already purchased $20 rackets
2. worth of items ; scooters; tennis balls; paddle catcher game; total
amount of the items wanted: $229.26
ii. Music Room
1. new rug $385.99
iii. New desk chairs for front office staff (2)
1. for Kristy & Kelle around $100 each ($200)
iv. Shading cover for playground
1. price depends on size $5000 + tax and installation probably around
6000; all grade levels requested this 2 smaller ones - will vote next
month--getting more quotes
e. Yagoot
i. 11/16 all day. Mention Clearcreek PTO and 20% will come back to the
school.
