1. Welcomes and Introductions

2. Principal’s Update

- support activities in and out of the building. 

- 1st grade - wants funding for Lucas Brothers farm. $8.00 x 445 = $3560

• Kindergarten -- Madcap puppets – A Christmas Carol to be at the school for them -  $1025 

3. Treasurer’s Report

- Mum sale going on right now. Biggest fundraiser of the year. Ends on 9/11/19 all orders due; online sales thru Thursday night 9/12

- Classroom startup funds - teachers sending in receipts and getting in all in full swing right now. Amount for teachers depends on homeroom or intervention $100 or $75

1. Tool Box Delivery

1. - kits that were ordered last year were delivered at start of school.

2. Start Up Money and new teacher adjustment

1. -for new homeroom teachers adding a $500 bonus to those teachers to start up their classrooms. The two teachers that received it this year are Molly Siudzinski (Kindergarten) & Erin Gross (Guidance Counselor). When they purchase items for their classroom they turn in their receipts to get reimbursed. We don’t just give them the dollar amount. 

3. #minibluecrew shirts went out to all K homeroom teachers

1. pow wow shirts went out to all kindergarten students and new 1st grade students. If you didn't get yours check with your teacher first

5. New Business

1. Mums Fundraiser, due 9/11 (pickup 9/28) 

1. delivery beginning at 7am 7-9am. 9-12 - volunteers picking and loading 12-3 picking and loading

2. Night Owls 9/24 7pm-9pm

1. help teachers with projects. This is the first one of the year. There's a sign up genius for it. There was a paper that came home asking for volunteers. 

3. School Pictures 9/25

1. Sign up genius for this - 3 or 4 volunteers in morning and afternoon. 

4. First Grade Movie Night, 9/25 @ 6:00pm, movie @ 6:30pm

1. back in bus parking lot in the grassy area

2. free popcorn and water and bounce house

5. Dads and Donuts/Fall Book Fair 9/30-10/4

1. any adult can bring the child

2. walk thru book fair and have a donut and juice

3. can also come during your child's scheduled library time - must have active background check and fingerprints on file.

4. can also send in cash/check in an envelope for Mrs.Schlise to help them choose items

5. volunteers for picking up donuts every morning that week

6. Box Tops  - teachers will ask for and receive wish list items this year.

1. all of the teachers are sending in wish list, PTO will purchase the items off their wish list if their class brings in enough box tops

7. Spirit Wear Sale 9/23-10/8                                                                                           (distribution approximately 10/30)

8. Rolls Fundraiser to fund Staff Appreciation, 10/21                                     (distribution approximately 11/18)
