·     If you have chosen to have your senior pictures taken with a different photography company, other than Easterling, please EMAIL your own professional, colored picture. Before Christmas Break.

Pictures must be taken at Easterling by this date!

If your picture is not taken by Easterling Studios, you will not be in the senior composite; this does NOT mean you will not be in the yearbook.

o   Note:

You will not be in the class composite if you have not had your picture taken with Easterling Studios. The composite is the class group picture that hangs in the athletic wing. I am not tied to this. Easterling creates and prints it for us every year. There is NO fee for this picture, and you are not required to purchase any picture packets through Easterling. If you have a composite picture taken, they will automatically send the picture to me for the yearbook in January. The students will receive their own composite print out at the end of the school year.

You can submit any picture of your choosing for the yearbook. It does not have to be the Easterling picture taken. Many people will have a picture taken at Easterling and a different photographer. I will use the picture of your choice for the yearbook.

1.  Please understand that the yearbook staff needs to follow strict deadlines for
   the yearbook company. If we do not receive your senior picture on time, it will
   not appear in the yearbook. Feel free to reach out to me for any other questions.

   This section of the yearbook appears in the senior section. You may submit pictures of
   your child with other graduating seniors when they were younger. For example, some
   seniors have played baseball together since they were little. Parents have submitted
   pictures of the little league baseball team. Also, some students have been friends since
   pre-school, so parents have submitted pictures of them on their first day of pre-school
   together. The students must all be graduating seniors and include more than one senior.
   Also, we try to not double picture students on this page as we get so many submissions,
   so please choose your favorite submission and name the students who are in the picture.
   This page has limited space, so it is first come, first serve. There is no charge to submit
   pictures. We prefer digital pictures, so you may submit them on a disk or through e-mail.

2. All materials and payment DUE DECEMBER 15TH! LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE. THEY ARE FILLED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.  It’s very likely the space will fill quickly.
   
   Leave a special mark in this year’s yearbook for your graduating senior. You may
   purchase a senior ad to display in the 2024-2025 yearbook.
   1/8 page= $40
   1/4 page= $80
   1/2 page= $120
   1 page= $240
   
   

3. Include pictures, quotes, notes or sayings for your page through email. Checks are
   payable to Springboro High School and may be turned into Mrs. Cooper in room
   E107.
   You may create your own senior ad, but the yearbook staff is MORE than happy to create
   it for you.

Yearbooks will be passed out on August 5th from 8am - 10am in the commons. 

If you are unable to pick it up at that time, you can get it at the start of the school year.
