          Spring Flower Sale orders due THIS Thursday.

Spring Pictures April 2, 4 am and 4 am volunteers needed

            Canned Food Drive April 23 - May 3rd

            Ideas for next year on what to purchase?

=         Spring Pictures 2nd day back from spring break

=         Canned Food Drive – Hungry Hungry Caterpillar is the theme. Line halls with cans of food. Every100 cans caterpillar will grow. May 3 will need some help taking all canned goods to food bank.

=         Need help for Moms & donuts.  Library (Mrs. Schlise) needs help all day. There’s a sign-up genius on PTO and parent prattle pages.

=         Popcorn and water will be sold at the K/PK movie night.

=         Looking for ice cream donations for 1st grade art show/ice cream social. If you know of anyone willing to donate please contact the PTO at [email protected]

=         For Field Day – Still need 1 parent volunteer for afternoon Kindergarten and 1 afternoon volunteer for 1st grade to help coordinate Field Day.

 

 

TREASURER REPORT

=         We went over the income and expenses. Hard copy of the detail was provided at the meeting for those that were in attendance.

PRINCIPAL REPORT

=         N/A as Carrie was unable to be there.

 

VOTING: Book Room Books, yearly $1,000 to help maintain book room

=         Full estimate just under 10,000 asking PTO for $5000

=         Approx.$ 14,183.00 total spent  for the  year on wish list items (this would include $5000 going towards the book room), but that currently hasn’t been voted on since more information was requested.

=         Waiting to vote on the book room. Need to understand the amount of the room would be replaced.
