APRIL PTO Meeting Notes

OLD BUSINESS

            Spring Flower Sale we raised over $8,000!

=         need volunteers for pick up day 7:30am-5:30pm

           

NEW BUSINESS

          Book Fair/Moms and Donuts is this week. We can still use some

volunteers! - need specifically for Thursday morning.

            Night Owls Wednesday. - 4/10

            Winning Flower sale class parties is on Monday, 4/15.

=         popscile party and bounce house

           

            K/PK Movie Night, bounce houses, popcorn/water?? - 4/29

TREASURER REPORT

PRINCIPAL REPORT

=         Book Room --- leveled books. Supplemental reading material. 10,000 quote for new books. over 9000 books. ,for 10K will buy 1,000 books. This amount would get the book room where it needs to be. We will not be gettig rid of anything  just adding to it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

VOTING: Book Room Books, Board positions, Chairman positions

=         Vote on book room books: 5,000 --- passed -- will be going to get new books for book room

=         Voting on Board Positions –  Clearcreek PTO Board for 2019-20 School Year Voted in:

o   Co-Presidents: Rebekah Bluhm & Tiffany Rike

o   Vice President: Tricia Davis

o   Vice President: Nikki Ortel

o   Treasurer: Tara Ebeling

o   Secretary: Aimee Forsythe

=         Chairman Spots -- Open spots for next year

o   Marcos Pizza Night -- Lori LeMaster

o   SUG -- do all the sign up geniuses --- Rachel Ennist

o   Facebook -- constantly posting about events,etc posting to PTO page as well as parent prattle pages --  Jennifer Welter
