Parents can send in or drop off candy for the event
Last year PTO supplied on giant bag of candy per teacher giving
out candy at the event the rest were candy donations, and we
also purchased some items from 937 as favors

Fundraising update:
Jenn- Walk-a -thon shirts and sponsor update
-Thoughts on splitting up the sponsor list
Many of the companies have to wait until January to sponsor
-We have to be intentional with sponsors because we don’t want to chose the
same sponsors due to staff appreciation
1st grade field trip to Lucas Brothers Farm:
- admission and bussing paid for by PTO as
well as the snacks on the field trip
-The PTO has not been billed for buses in years
Christmas morning:
- gifts for teachers need lists from teachers provided by Mrs.
Corder (each teacher gets $40- $80 for am/pm for gifts for their classrooms) The list
will be available for PTO to purchase items from Amazon starting on Nov. 4.
December PTO wrapping event:
Fall thankful tree:
Send the leaves home, have students write what they are thankful for; to be put on a
thankful tree
Fall Spirit Wear sale has started
Upcoming Events:
Conference meals (Nov. 2 dinner, Nov. 3 lunch)
Budget has to be checked to determine how much can be spent
Chick-fil-a or Panera
Santa Visits Dec 13 and 14th
-Santa is booked
-The wrapping event 12/18
