Vice Presidents Report:
Workroom Supply List- Fully stocked in October total cost- new paper cutter
$78.59 and $55.77 on supplies
Considering getting parents involved to help with the supply room

Night Owls:
Ongoing with limited work from teachers

Trunk or Treat Recap
 Total Cost - $706.56
This cost was a little over the goal cost
 PTO supplied 19 bags of candy and some fidget toys
 Amount of students in attendance just under 400 according to reports and 26 trunks
 Next Year?

Lucas Brothers field trip
- Snacks purchased at Costco for $344.49
 -Total cost of admission - $3520

Staff Appreciation/Fundraising- Jenn Welter
 Update on sponsors for Walk-a-thon each board member will call corporate sponsors.
Even if we don’t get a donation now ask for a pledge for January
There will be letter to be sent/given to potential sponsors-Wright Smiles, Kids
Clubhouse...etc (Heathers will often donate apples for TAW)

Parent Teacher Conference Meals- Panera and Olive Garden soup and salad
 -Thankful Tree - masking tape $9.58

Teacher Xmas wish list to be sent out soon; wrapping night Monday, 12/18 @ 6PM

 Splash night:
 -Finalize slides and photo booth $500 quote
 Suggestion- two separate slides to help with the flow of students to prevent
overcrowding and long lines; The slides will send reps to ensure safety (per
insurance policy)
 -Kona Ice, games,bubble machine, Fire Department and other activities will be
organized during the event (Kona Ice is paid for by parents)
- Photo Booth- Still waiting to find/secure a vendor
- Are we doing two water slides and one dry?
One wet/one dry is the current proposal

Bus Driver appreciation:
-Donuts in a takeaway box (December 13th)
-Candy in heart bags- Valentines Day (Wednesday, February 14th)

Voting Day:
-Students vote on a picture

Email from Jets:
Interested in setting up a school fundraiser; each teacher will get their own code and PTO will get
10% of sales; every two months the teacher with the highest amount will be awarded a class
pizza party (More info/consideration needed)

Upcoming Events:
- Santa Visits
- Volunteers two per shift one to take pictures for teachers and another to hand out
mini candy canes (2 shifts a day) 8 volunteers total
- $300 paid to Santa as well as lunch provided both days for him
- Wrapping Night for Christmas Morning (class gifts) December 15th 6:30-8:30
- Teacher Gift update
- Cookies for staff for Christmas each board member make 2 dozen cookies
