*Night Owls
-8 people signed up for night owls this month
*Spirit Wear Sale
-$970 profit and 419 items sold teachers requested more options for mini blue crew styles which we will look into for the spring through 937
-PTO is now selling blue scarf wrap with white paws for $20 sale will continue until they sell out
-Spirit left over sale will be renamed Blue Crew Sale
*Winter Fundraiser
-PTO has extended flower sale through 11/5
-Current profit is $3,098.50
-PTO will do a popcorn and pajama party for the class with the highest sales and the current standings will be updated on PTO Facebook page regularly until a winner is declared
*First Grade Trip to the lucas brothers pumpkin patch went well final cost for PTO was $3,673.
*November
-Conference Meals have been determined
-New Spring Church is providing chick-fil-a Thursday night for staff
-PTO will provide lunch from Roma’s on Friday both carb and low carb options will
be provided
-Chipotle Fundraiser
-Advertising will begin Chipotle will provide the materials
*December
-Flower pick up (Dec 4) in the cafeteria sign up genius in newsletter 11/22 for help with sale- the amount volunteers TBD based on final sales
-Christmas gifts: teachers compiling lists now
-Yearbook sales Started
-Terracycle has gone well first box is about to be sent to teracycle
-PTO will begin advertising the benefit of parents using their Kroger and DLM card for Clearcreek to get a percentage of total grocery bill
-Panther Paws on hold until a dry day when we have the availability
*Misc
-Adopt a Teacher
Parents have the option to adopt a teacher and supply appreciation gifts at the the end of each quarter. PTO will move forward with this and ask for parent volunteers
Gifts range from $5-$10 and will have a designated drop off first drop off will be December 11th for this quarter
Once volunteers are calculated we can see how much of staff we can include
-Playground shade update : PTO will start over looking for quotes and begin this process with new quotes as covid may have changed prices and availability
-School sign needs some updates Jenny will contact the historical society and the school board about getting a new sign that meets the needs of the historical community
