February PTO Meeting Agenda

Present at meeting via google meet : Jenny, Trina, Amanda, Adam, Katie, Carrie, Tara, Jennifer
1.Night Owls
* PTO will cancel for this week due to inclement weather but will have the option for teachers to ask parents via class app and email to take work home to complete and return
2. Mom and Sons Laser Tag Event Update
*They are only open Thursday 5-9, Friday 4-9 will push this back to April and also check to see if Five Points will be doing father daughter dane and go from there
3.Spirit Wear Sale
*Start date unknown at this time once we have a date will provide to parents and staff
*Tara will reach out to 937 Inch about a St Patrick's Day shirt for students
4. Fundraiser Start Date (Foertmeyer)
*Potentially April 30th for delivery date will work with them to push back sale end date to end of March before spring break (25th)
5. Playgroup Update
* Jenny has reached out to playground company and operations manager regarding the start date for installation. It will be delivered next week they will begin installation for early spring. We also will have extra paint for touch ups.
6. School Supply Kits
* PTO will begin getting teachers lists to get the ball rolling on these
7. Misc
*Friday before super bowl Who Dey buttons provided by PTO to each student - PTO voted to spend $250 on the button shells and materials
* Adam will come up with 2 -3 designs to vote on
*Students will go outside to take a large group picture of all students (one for AM on for PM) students will spell out Who Dey picture taken by drone
