Military Muffins
* This year we gave out purple buttons for Military Child month next year offer silicone bracelets through 937 Inc
Option would be to alternate St Patrick’s Day green shirt and the following year a purple up shirt for military and so on perhaps work with other PTO presidents in our schools to do the same each year
*Would like to offer a small Military Bear for each student who comes to the Military breakfast next year
*Spent $113.14 total for this fundraiser will up this budget to $250 for next year
-We purchased a button maker for the book room
-Flower Sale Recap
*Signs with letters were a great addition
* Would like to add some cones with numbers and signs on the ground for unloading ready before trucks arrive this is in the budget and will keep it in there
*Next year in place of winter fundraiser add a Fun Run in March/early spring :5k walk/run for adults immediately followed by a kids fun run with local sponsors and prizes
*Unanimous vote to sign contract for fall fundraiser (Mum sale) this year profit for mum sale was $22,000
-Staff Appreciation Recap
*Going well, THANK YOU JENN!
* Formal letter with our tax ID to all the businesses who donated thanking them will be going out
*Back to school breakfast in budget for fall teacher in service day before school actually starts August 11th or 12th or the first Friday after school starts
-First Grade Send off/Splash night
*Unanimous vote to spend $300 on water balloons, we will look for dye free popsicles, and water
*Will ask kindergarten parents to volunteer in an effort to pay if forward
*Treasurers Position
*Moving vote to May 23rd at 9:45am on 3 candidates we will spotlight each candidate with their background before the vote. Voting will take place during the meeting
*Back to School Supplies
*38 sold so far, last year they sold over 100
*Misc
*Chick-fil-a fundraiser is 5/24 6-8pm has to be a mobile order via the app and to go order only Washington Township location Chipotle Fundraiser 6/1 5-9pm at Greenwood location dine in delivery or carry out
*First PTO meeting for next school year August 9th, 6pm
