January PTO Meeting Agenda

Playground shade: Contract signed and check sent and has been received
Santa gifts for teachers wrapping and distributing went great
Santa visit cost $150 for the day. 7 min per class is just not enough time. Next year PTO will budget for 2 days to give students and teachers more time to talk to santa and take pictures
Back to school breakfast went well Dorothy Lane Market did the bagels, muffins and pastries which were really enjoyed.
Clearcreek Elementary will host a Mother/Son or loved one Laser Tag night in March dates to come
Our leprechaun does not feel comfortable coming to visit in March due to covid concerns this year
