Chipotle Fundraiser-Raised $492.00
Night Owls- Very well attended in both November and December.
*Sign-up genius is helping 10-15 volunteers in December
* Each parent who attends is added to a raffle and one person wins a $10 starbucks gift card each night
Popcorn Party Fundraiser Reward for Mrs. Wright, Ms. Doce and Mrs. Meinerdings classes. $7.99/bag of popcorn $3.99/box of juice
Adopt a Teacher
*Not enough interest at this time
*We have 55 support staff we would like to include
*We should maybe look into doing this at the beginning of the year and not midyear
* As a PTO we would like to start a donation for office and support staff and put together gifts this will be announced on PTO pages
Recap- Foertmeyer Christmas Fundraiser:
Profit - $3,373.50 which is the same profit as the Texas Roadhouse Roll sale last year
Volunteers- Great turn out of students to help
Changes and Substitutions made by Foertmeyer. Pot colors and type were changed and Christmas roses were substituted. Pot substitutions may have been met with some dissatisfaction and also the flyer “Don’t Kill Your Plants!” may have been an issue to our parents. We will make a request that if they don’t have the inventory please let us know ahead of time. We will make sure parents are aware we are addressing these issues.
Christmas Wish Lists from Teachers:
$1700 spent on teachers for wish list items we have $300 left in our budget we will do a breakfast coming back from break on January 3rd with donuts, fruit, yogurt for all teachers and support staff
Wrapping sessions- December 10th and December 13th.

Santa and Mrs. Claus visit Clearcreek on December 14th beginning at 9:30, break and 1:30 they will hand out candy canes we have a pop up tree we will add behind Santa and the option to take a picture of each class with Santa
Teacher Appreciation Gifts:
Jackets, tumblers, hats, gym bag etc could all be an option we will send a price point to 937 Inc and get a list of items to choose from for teachers. Price point will be approx $20
Send home letters to parents with a list of something to bring for each day of the week to teachers from students - examples would be a flower to their teacher on Monday, Tuesday bring a snack for your teacher, draw a picture, etc
We will work on getting raffle items donated (Guy’s coffee, Aqua Tots etc)
Videos for Kroger, Dorothy Lane and Amazon Smile are coming along Adam is working on this
