· Current Amount in Checking - $55,344.83

· Take-aways from Event- Some air plants were shattered during unloading they were replaced in two days other issues were fixed timely
· Workroom Supply List- Trina Townsend – Month of October is covered
· Night Owls- Michelle Zehnder and Amanda Marquart 4 signed up so far for Octobers night owl night another post will go out for volunteers
- Trunk or Treat
- Current amount of cars signed up- still waiting to hear form the police department but the library is coming and two volunteers
- Candy Donations turned in thus far- no donations so far
- We could open it to kindergarten parents to decorate cars as well as 1st grade parents but will continue to ask for 1stgrade parents to contribute first. Our goal is 40-50 trunks
- Bouncy Houses school owns 2 bounce houses we will have them out with NHS to man the houses for safety
- Mini Blue Crew drawstring Backpacks school as an excess we could use as a gift to the kids to put their candy in as well as some Halloween notepads if we happen to not have enough bags
- There will be a facebook event to RSVP to for numbers
- Staff Appreciation/Fundraising- Jenn Welter
- Update on sponsors for Walk-a-thon – We would like t-shirts to be fully paid for by sponsor and all the funds would go straight to PTO. Updated Sponsors- Premier Health so far we will open up to the prattle page for sponsors with a $250 minimum. The T-shirts will different colors for each class
- Flyers will go out March 1st and walk-a-thon will be week of March 27th tentatively. Sizing will go through a google doc for parents to choose a size and if no selection their kids will get a medium

- Kindergarten and Preschool Trunk or Treat Oct 27 6:00-7:00pm
- Santa Visits Dec 12 and 13th
- Fall Spirit Wear Sales- September 26-October 9th (ends at midnight)
- Purchase of new inclusive playground equipment
- Vote passed to get a quote from Steve Ellis at Recreations Outlet- Ohio Company we can get 3 instruments for $5,476 each playground preschool and K and 1st a group of 3 instruments
- PTO will call a special called business meeting at the next PTO meeting in November
- City of Springboro has been contacted and NO permits are needed.
- Misc
- Need more k cups for teachers lounge which goes under Staff Appreciation line
Carrie Corder asked the PTO to purchase decodable books for Kindergarten anything over $500 will require a meeting which we will vote on at the November meeting
