Going forward quotes must be requested before meals are purchased. PTO will monitor spending to be sure we have enough in our budget for the entire year for teacher appreciation.

Professional Development Day February 13th. Requests for PTO provide grab and go bags or desserts for staff. (This would be like a surprise afternoon pick-me-up after a long day in seminars.) Break is 1:55-2:25pm. A grab and go bag would provide a quick snack of 3 items per bag for staff to grab during their short break. PTO will put out a sign up genius for volunteers to provide the food items (options for prepackaged snacks and cookies, trail mix provided by volunteers) and PTO will provide the bags and fruit. PTO will be purchasing from amazon and will use these for bus driver appreciation the following day.
First Grade Splash Night- May 19th from 6:00-7:00 pm. As of 1/2/23 Mr. Austin Rhoads responded about our request to use the SI field stating, “OHSAA has not released tournament brackets and dates yet. They probably wont do so until sometime in the spring. Last year on that Friday we were hosting both boys and girls tournament games. So I would say No at this time if I have to answer now. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
This would mean we would be on our property and have to block off lacrosse tournament people from using our parking lot as both will take place at the same time.
We would also possibly need to rent a water slide to accommodate for not having the firetruck splash at full capacity for more than 20 minutes. PTO will table water slide discussion.
