  • Sensory Garden Presentation

·         Amanda Marquart will oversee opportunities to help with the sensory garden. Ms. Parks and  Ms. Krukenberg  came up with the idea to create the sensory garden and they are currently doing all the maintenance themselves. Amanda will be overseeing a sign up opportunity for parents to volunteer to help with weeding, mulching and repairs, so that it can continue for many more years. The PTO does have a sensory garden account budgeted which helps to pay for maintenance so this will  strictly be a sign up for volunteering time. There will be a memorial for a student from Cleercreak who passed away and the request is for a tree that blooms purple after her favorite color with a plaque in her honor. The PTO board will vote on expense to provide this. The spot has not been decided on yet.
